STEEL HORIZONS™ NORTH CAROLINA is an event organised by HOWICK LIMITED (“Howick”), with attendance offered to registered guests on a complimentary basis.
Photography, video and audio recording will take place throughout the event. By registering for and attending STEEL HORIZONS™ NORTH CAROLINA, attendees acknowledge and agree that their image, voice, words, name, performance, artwork and other contributions may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded.
Attendees grant Howick permission to use photographs, video, audio and other recordings captured at or in connection with the event to document and promote STEEL HORIZONS™, Howick and related industry initiatives.
This content may be used before, during and after the event across print, websites, social media, email, video, broadcast, presentations, signage and other communications and promotional channels.
Howick may edit, crop, reproduce, publish, distribute and otherwise adapt this material as reasonably required for these purposes. Attendees will not be required to approve the final material before publication or use, and no payment or other compensation will be made in connection with its use.
Where applicable, copyright and other rights in photographs, video, audio recordings and other event materials produced by or on behalf of Howick will belong to Howick.
Attendees acknowledge that material published online or through other public channels may subsequently be shared, reproduced or distributed by third parties. While Howick will use event content responsibly, it cannot control how publicly available material may subsequently be used or shared by others.
Howick will collect, hold and use personal information associated with event registration and attendance in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
This includes personal information provided during registration and, where applicable, photographs, video, audio or other event content that identifies an attendee.
Attendees should review Howick’s Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is handled and the rights available to individuals under applicable privacy laws.
Agreement to these Terms of Attendance, including the photography, video and media provisions above, is a condition of attendance at STEEL HORIZONS™ NORTH CAROLINA.
By completing registration and attending the event, attendees confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Attendance.
